BAYVIEW RESTAURANT AND BAR
ENJOY A four COURSE MEAL BY CHEF GABRIEL
Tropic Star Lodge has many traditions and one of them is our Family Style dining in our beautiful Bayview Restaurant. Since the velvet curtains and dress up days of John Wayne in the sixties we enjoy a 4 course meal starting with a cold appetizer followed by a warm soup, a choice of the main entrée and a delectable chef Gabriel dessert. Our famous Black Bean soup and baked alaska have been around for more than half a century and are still served on our awards night of the week. Dinner is served with a house wine of the day.
Our breakfasts are mainly served here and you will find a good choice of typical breakfasts including English, American and a Latin breakfast. Banana chocolate chip are one of the favorites along with our famous Mikes special breakfast sandwich.
Our newly added Wine Cellar offers a good variety of the best of wines should you wish to pair your meal with something special

A great way to mingle with your fellow guests at our casual and fun filled BBQ dinners at our gorgeous pool where the culinary spread is mouth-watering and the atmosphere great. Chef Gabriel with his extremely talented cooks puts together a beautiful array of foods from salads to fruit, bread baskets and a large choice of meats, fish and vegetables. Dinner is always accompanied by our house wine and followed by a delicious sweet delight.

Perched at the end of the dock walkway over the water at hightide sits our newest dining and bar facility with unparalleled views of the bay. Cozy, comfortable seating areas for after fishing story telling while you enjoy our delicious after fishing snacks including Tropic Star Lodges famous fish sticks which have been around forever.
Our Bertram Bar called BABE sets the tone for our Best of the Best Fishing Resort as its any anglers wish come true. Imagine sipping your favorite cocktail or rum sitting on a captains helm chair and overlooking our iconic bay filled with our fleet of 31ft Bertrams.
Now we offer a choice for a Private Tasting Menu to our guests (additional Service fees apply and subject to availability). Visiting Yachts are welcome to dine here and order from our Special Visiting Yacht a la carte menu

as fresh as it gets
Imagine fresh yellowfin tuna sashimi or a ceviche served from a fish you caught just ½ hour earlier! It doesn’t get any fresher than that. All of our vessels have soy sauce, wasabi and all the fixings for an amazing fresh seafood snack. Not in the mood for lunch from the sea? Our chefs prepare boxed lunches every morning using items you select from a lunch menu the night before. Keep your energy up with delicious empanadas, fried chicken or even a good-ole-PB&J-sandwich. We’ll also stock each boat with the ice-cold beverages of your choice to keep you refreshed and happy during your day on the water.
